    Need help understanding how our plans work? There is someone to help you Monday through Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm in our Customer Care Center at 1-800-852-7826  (Medicaid and CHPlus members), or 1-844-946-8002  (Harmonious Health Care Plan members).

    You may want to choose or change your Primary Care Physician (PCP), ask about benefits and services, get help with referrals, replace a lost ID card, report a pregnancy or the birth of a new baby, or ask about any change that might affect your benefits (for example, you get a job that offers health care coverage).

    We want you to know how to use MVP Health Care, no matter what language you speak. Call us and we will find a way to talk to you in your own language. We have a group of people who can help. We will also help you find a Primary Care Physician (PCP) who speaks your language, if one is available.

    If you are in a wheelchair, are blind, or have trouble hearing, call us if you need extra help. We can tell you if a particular provider’s office is wheelchair accessible or is equipped with communications devices. Also, we offer helpful services including:

    • Case management
    • Help in making or getting to appointments
